We can provide high intensity supports to aid with, or supervision of personal tasks of daily life of the participant to help them develop the skills to live as autonomously as possible, especially in circumstances that require a more skilled or experienced support worker.

Household Tasks

We provide support to enable participants to maintain their home environment. This may involve essential household tasks that the participant is not able to undertake.

Community Participation

Our carers are ready to assist with or supervise a participant to engage in community, social, recreational or economic activities.

These supports can be provided in a range of environments, such as in the community or a centre. This includes taking them on shopping trips, any appointments, leisure activities and other similar activities.

Transport Assistance

Transport enables participants to access disability supports outside their home, and to achieve the goals in their plan.

Participants can rely on us to transport them to and from appointments or their place of work, school or educational facility, or anywhere within the community.

Assistance in Shared Living Arrangement

We provide assistance with, or supervision of, tasks of daily life in a shared living environment, with a focus on developing the skills of each individual to live as autonomously as possible.

This involves assisting participants home and personal care within an SDA home or within a shared living arrangement. Our carers can assist with the participant’s personal care, personal hygiene, showering, dressing, toileting, mobility, appointment assistance, short term accommodation etc.
