We are OASES Community Carers. We aim to empower them in our community to live with dignity and hope.

Our Team

Our team is spearheaded by four directors who are registered nurses with current qualifications and experiences in acute, community, and aged care nursing.

We are dedicated to providing high-quality service and care that are skilled and matched to the individual needs of our clients within the community.

Our team also consists of experienced registered and enrolled nurses, as well as support workers who are fit and well-certified to help and assist our dear clients accordingly to their needs.

Introducing OASES

The term “OASES” refers to a place of peace, safety, or happiness in the midst of trouble or difficulty.

An experienced registered nurse with over thirteen years of experience in various fields of nursing and patient care.

Airish Ong, RN

Director

An experienced registered nurse with over ten years of experience in acute, aged care, community, telehealth, and immunisation.

Randell Salanga, RN

Director

An experienced nurse with over sixteen years of patient care background with expertise in aged care, personal care, and support work.

Chris Alcazar, RN

Director

An experienced registered nurse who has over twelve years of expertise in patient care, working in urgent care.

We aim to optimise the social and economic independence of the disabled participants in our community.

We take pride in helping them get the proper support so that they can make the right choices that will enable them to live better lives

To achieve this, we strive to:
